Usage

import BScroll from '@better-scroll/core'
import MouseWheel from '@better-scroll/mouse-wheel'
BScroll.use(MouseWheel)

const bs = new BScroll('.wrapper', {
  // ...
  mouseWheel: {
    speed: 2,
    invert: false,
    easeTime: 300,
  }
