Steps to Build & Publish Library

Go to ./src/finlex-photo-upload/package.json Rename package name from @fx-ng-components/finlex-photo-upload to @finlexlabs/photo-upload

npm run build:photo-upload

It will build finlex-confirm-dialog using ng-packagr. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory.

After building your library with ng build:photo-upload, go to the dist folder cd dist/finlex-photo-upload and run npm publish.
