A very simple function to plot a bar chart for console output using Unicode.
Because of the used Unicode block elements the bars actually display 8 steps per character.
Horizontally these symbols are used:
▏ ▎ ▍ ▌ ▋ ▊ ▉ █
And vertically these symbols are used:
▁ ▂ ▃ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▇ █
