makeDropDown(eventType, dropdownNode, dropdownWrapper)

'eventType' represents the listener that will
add/remove visible & hidden classes of the 'dropdownNode'.

dropdownWrapper takes in a node that wraps the Dropdown Menu(dropdownNode) itself and
any other possible elements that should trigger the toggle of classes
when the event is triggered on them.
