marvin

Marvin is a package for the Datagrok platform. Package allows to use functionality of Marvin JS molecule sketcher on a Datagrok platform. To access full Marvin JS functionality lincensed version of Marvin JS should be available.

To install Marvin package follow steps below:

• open Datgrok platform and install latest version of Marvin package from npm using Packages tab

• go to Marvin package settings on property panel. Put path to licence into Licence Path field. In case you have Marvin JS web services up and running then put path to services into Mol Convert Path field. Click save and reload the page.

• after that Marvin sketcher will become available and you can choose it from the list of available sketchers
