circular dependencies raises errors in parsing logic (not for all components) e.g. Circular dependency: out/templating/template.js -> out/templating/html-element.js -> out/templating/template.js

when using nested components, the importer will bundle the nested component (and its definition), causing duplicate definitions in output (and registry.define errors)
