Usage

import { BufferJSONCodec } from '@geut/buffer-json-codec'

const codec = new BufferJSONCodec()

const buf = codec.encode({

  buf: Buffer.from('str')
})

codec.decode(buf) // { val: 'str', num: 0, buf: <Buffer 73 74 72> }
