Extends node-tilejson for using S3 as a tilejson backend.

Tests
Configure by setting the following environment variables.
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_SESSION_TOKEN (optional)
Run npm test.
