Actions
if you pass the optional dispatch funtion to the constructor,
or inovoke auth.subscribe(dispatch)
AuthFirebaseSerivce will observe the user authication state,
and dispatch the following actions
AUTH_STATE_AUTHENTICATED : when the user signs in successfully.
