promiseSleep()

Sleep some milliseconds and resolve promise

Parameters:

Name	Data type	Argument	Default value	Description
ms	number

Returns: Promise<void>

Examples:

promiseSleep(500).then(() => tryAgainSomeMethod());
// or
async function fakeSubmit() {
	await promiseSleep(300);
	return true;
}
