Project to display AC Library books for checkout and checkin

##Setup

1. Run npm install
2. Run npm run start. This will start a file watcher that will update the application whenever it detects file changes.
3. Go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/webpack-dev-server/# to see the running application.
4. Go to http://127.0.0.1:3001/api to see the list of available books via the API
