To run .sql tests, create the environment variables:

BBCHECK_SQL_SERVER = 111.222.333.444
BBCHECK_SQL_USER = poncho
BBCHECK_SQL_PASSWORD = correcthorsebatterystaple

for a summary run: bbcheck --output summary
