states
it feels good to reinvent the wheel
Finite state machine inspired by Emily and based on emitter.
Installation
Install with component:
$ component install bredele/states
Install with nodejs:
$ npm install component-states
Standalone:
API
Create a state machine with an initial state and add optional transitions :
var machine = ;
is the equivalent of:

the machine's state is available under
machine.current
.add(state, event, cb, next)
Add transition (change from one state to an other triggered by an event) with callback:
machine;
or without:
machine;
Add multiple transitions:
machine;
.emit(event, ...)
Emit an event and trigger a transition as following:
machine;//state is now 'locked'
states
inherits from emitter and can be used as a regular emitter.
