Create the file /source/Assets/Shared/Styles/cart-skin.scss and add the following content:

If you are using the White Label, do this instead:

@import '../../../styles/variables/theme';
@import '../../../styles/variables/globals';
@import 'caleres-wl-cart-styles';

This file will be compiled into: /Assets/Shared/Styles/cart-skin.css
