Install: npm install concol --global
Run: npm <text> <fgHex> <bgHex>
Where:

<text>is the text to output -
<fgHex>foreground hex color (optional) -
<bgHex>background hex color (optional)
Example which outputs blue text on a white background:
concol " Hello World! " "#00c" "#fff"
