Organizes rendering specs into batches that can efficiently be rendered by d3-selection. Intended for use with d3-render-batch.
Requires v5.2 or higher in Node and ES6/Babelify in the browser.

batcher.getBatches();
getBatches will return an object with keys 'rect' and 'path'. The values for each of them will be arrays of all of the rect specs and all of the path specs, respectively. Now, all of the rects together and all of the paths together, even though they were added in separate calls.
Run tests with make test. Tests require Node 6. The module itself works with Node 0.12 or up.
