Store a value with an optional expiration time.

Retrieve a value by its key. If the item has expired, get
will return null
.

Remove a specific key from the cache.

Note: Trying to divide by zero will throw an error.
Destroyer
has built-in validation for all commands. Examples:
- Invalid Key: Passing a non-string key throws an error.
