discord-track-caching

What's it for?

discord-track-caching can be used to cache song streams downloaded from youtube, these will stay in-disk for a (un)limited amount of time, depending on the options you pass.
This does also allow the end-user to easily customise any stream with FFmpeg arguments.
Note that some FFmpeg filters are missing as this is a alpha release.
