Commands

add - adds an app
syntax: git-autodeploy add --remote --name --script [--username --password ]
E.g.: git-autodeploy add --remote meldsza/melbot.js --name melbot --script index.js
remove - removes an app
restart - restarts an app
setup - setup git auto deployment
start - starts an app
stop - stops an app
web - start or stop the webhook
