GPTSpeech

This project is NOT PRODUCTION READY and is only a starting point for giving a natural speech flow to LLM real time responses. The builtin speechSynthesis and SpeechSynthesisUtterance currently do not support streams of text and mainly work with complete sentences/paragraphs.
