hot : auto refresh browser [default true]

dropConsole : drop console [default true]

theme : support only @icedesign/skin [default null]

primaryTheme : webpackage->options->modifyVars

import : demand loading [default null]

publicUrl : support react-router4 BrowserRouter [default {"dev": "/", "prod": "/","app": "./"}]
