Hydra Logs is a logging service that allows you to easily track and manage your application logs.
To use Hydra Logs, you first need to create a free account on hydralog.io.
After creating an account, you'll need to create a site tag for your application. This tag is used to identify your logs and should be kept secret. You can find your site tag on your dashboard on hydralog.io.
Once you have your site tag, you'll need to add it to your application as an environment variable. You can do this by adding the following line to your .env
file:
HYDRA_SITE_TAG=your_site_tag_here
If you want to enable console log printouts, you can add the following line to your .env
file:
HYDRA_LOGGING=true
To use Hydra Logs in your application, first install the hydra-log
package:
npm install hydra-log
Then, require the hydra-log
module in your code:
const hydra = require('hydra-log');
Finally, log your messages using the hydra.log function:
hydra.log('your message here');
If HYDRA_LOGGING=true is set in your .env file, the message logged above will be printed to the console in the following format:
Hydra > your message here
