Installation

$ npm install itemjson	

Docs

• get specific item in specific list => [itemjson.out(json_data, position of list, item)]
• get all items of specific list => [itemjson.list(json_data, position of list)]
• get list of specific item => [itemjson.item(json_data, item)]
• out_data will give the output (as global variable)

Examples

get specific item in specific position

const itemjson = require('itemjson');

// for example assume that the input json is a json_data 
json_data = [ { id: 1, name: 'person1', email: '[e-mail]' },{ id: 2, name: 'person2', email: '[e-mail]' } ];

itemjson.out(json_data, 0, 'name');
name_person1 = out_data; 
console.log(name_person1);
// output : person1

itemjson.out(json_data, 1, 'name');
console.log(out_data);
//output : person2

itemjson.out(json_data, 0, 'email');
console.log(out_data);
//output : [e-mail]

get list of specific item

const itemjson = require('itemjson');

itemjson.item(json_data, 'email');
console.log(out_data);
//output : [ '[e-mail]', '[e-mail]' ]

get all items in specific list

const itemjson = require('itemjson');

itemjson.list(json_data, 1); //array counting start on 0. 
console.log(out_data);
//output : { id: 2, name: 'person2', email: '[e-mail]' }
