theme now have one theme parchment as default theme.

Usage

Usage: markdown [options] <input_file>

 Options:
  -o, --output[=STR]          output filename
  -t, --theme[=STR]           The thems, default: parchment.
                                Avaliables themes: 
                                parchment
  -c, --code-theme[=STR]      The code themes, default: tomorrow-night.
                                Avaliables code themes: 
                                arta, ascetic, atelier-dune.dark,
                                atelier-dune.light, atelier-forest.dark,
                                atelier-forest.light, atelier-heath.dark,
                                atelier-heath.light, atelier-lakeside.dark,
