create component templates

# 创建组件
$ npx pmcp-cli component -c pmcp-alert
# 删除组件
$ npx pmcp-cli component -r pmcp-alert

命令会在packages文件夹下自动生成目录及组件模板

create component story

# 创建pmcp-alert组件的文档文件
$ npx pmcp-cli story -c pmcp-alert
# 删除pmcp-alert组件的文档文件
$ npx pmcp-cli story -r pmcp-alert

创建文档命令会在src/stories文件下创建对应组件的story文件，供组件文档使用
