generate project skeleton based on a template project from github, so you will not need copy and paste.

is a sample template project from github, and you can create your own template project.
test-project
is the local folder we will create, all the files in the template project will be copied into it.

will import settings from file project.json
in current dir.
if no json file found, it will look up to home directory.
