This is compressor utility

1. Open up run configurations in Webstorm

2. Create a nodejs test

3. For Javascript file, browse to Compressor.js

4. Apply and run. The compressed files with be in "Compressed_Utils" folder

5. common-element-repo does not require to be compressed as this is JSON file
