Configuring

To configure, follow these steps

1. Make sure that NodeJS is installed.
2. Execute the following command

npm install

3. Both gulp and jspm must be installed globally as well as a defined version locally

npm install -g gulp jspm

4. Install the client side packages

jspm install -y
