display autocomplete installation instructions

USAGE
  $ whj-git autocomplete [SHELL]

ARGUMENTS
  SHELL  shell type

OPTIONS
  -r, --refresh-cache  Refresh cache (ignores displaying instructions)

EXAMPLES
  $ whj-git autocomplete
  $ whj-git autocomplete bash
  $ whj-git autocomplete zsh
  $ whj-git autocomplete --refresh-cache
