Publishing

To create and publish a new release, do the following:

# Execute the release script with x.y.z version
$ ./scripts/release.sh x.y.z

This takes care of...

• Updating the version number (in package.json and README.md)
• Committing the changes to the working branch
• Tagging the latest commit with the appropriate version number
• Pushing the commit and tag to the repository
