创建项目

使用 init 命令可以从模板库中下载对应的模板并安装到本地环境：

使用 install 命令可以从 GitHub 和 Gitee 中搜索对应的库并下载下来进行安装：

代码检查

使用 lint 命令可以调用 Jest 与 Mocha 进行测试：

Installation
