Novicell CLI tool

This is a tool that helps all Novicell developters to initialize a new project no matter which project type. At the moment it supports all types such as:

Embedded (Vite)
Custom (Nuxt3)
Premium SPA (Nuxt2)

Use Node Version `16.11.0` or later.

Using the tool with NPX

npx @jannick_sp/cli-tool
