Migration tool for upgrading Nebula drives between updates with breaking changes
Usage

Migrates an older version of nebula to the newer version.

drivePath: the relative path of the drive/drive -
encryptionKey: Encryption key for migrating encrypted drives -
keyPair: The original drive's keyPair
