Modified the lib/cloudwatch.js file to tell CloudWatch to store the metrics as one-second resolution values instead of the one-minute default.
In order to get it to build, the module is currently hosted in the public NPM registry. The module contains no information regarding NCAA nor WarnerMedia.
NOTE: Later, I saw that JFrog supports a private NPM registry that we should use instead of the public NPM registry.
