Use curl to get remote file size.

Install

$ npm install -g curl-size

Usage

$ curl-size $URL
 
# Example, reponse with a Content-Length header 
$ curl-size http://downloadap1.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer.dmg
26 MB
 
# No Content-Length header
