ABOUT
This is a demo Angular2+Node.js project to fulfill the requirements
listed in Docs\ProjectRequirements.txt. Adam Knauff supplied the
requirements on June 8, 2017.

QUICKSTART
0. Ensure that Node.js is installed and that npm is updated.

0.1. This project is built against Node.js v6.11.0 - Windows x64.
If necessary, install Node.js (https://nodejs.org/dist/v6.11.0/node-v6.11.0-x64.msi)

0.2. This project is built against npm v5.0.3. To test your version
of npm, in a Windows Command Prompt, run "npm -v". To update your npm,
in a Windows Command Prompt, run "npm install npm@latest -g".

1. Clone the GitHub repository. Run the following in your Command Prompt:
git clone https://github.com/JacobHaskins/PopQuizProj.git

2. Install via npm:
