Partial database engine item compatible with sonolus-express.

vsToVC(vs)

Converts VS (VOEZ Source) to VC (VOEZ Chart).

• vs: VOEZ source.

vcToLevelData(vc, offset?)

Converts VC (VOEZ Chart) to Level Data.

• vc: VOEZ chart.
• offset: offset (default: 0).
